Delivery Policy

1. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch. The following table provides estimated timelines based on region:

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

3. Delivery Confirmation

• Deliveries are confirmed via courier proof of delivery (e-POD), which may include digital signature or acknowledgement receipt.
• Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners make up to 2 delivery attempts at the provided address.
• If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment is held at the nearest courier facility for 5 business days. Unclaimed shipments are returned to our warehouse.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

• At the time of delivery: If the package appears tampered or damaged, refuse the delivery and notify us on the same day.
• After delivery: Report discrepancies (wrong product, damaged items, short quantity) within 24 hours with photographs of the product and packaging, along with the order/invoice number.
• We will arrange a replacement as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us. We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, transport strikes, public health emergencies, or high demand during festive seasons. We will notify affected customers promptly.
