1. Wholesale Only Services

M/S CHATTERJEE DISTRIBUTORS provides pharmaceutical wholesale services exclusively to licensed entities including retail pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare institutions with valid drug licenses issued by the appropriate regulatory authorities.

2. Documentation Requirements

All customers must provide the following documentation before placing orders:

  • Valid Drug License (Form 20/21 as applicable)
  • GST Registration Certificate (GSTIN)
  • Business registration proof
  • PAN Card of the business entity
  • Address proof of the registered place of business

3. Credit Terms

Credit facility is provided to verified customers at the sole discretion of CHATTERJEE DISTRIBUTORS. Standard credit terms are NET 30/60 days depending on customer history and order volume. New customers may be required to make advance payments for initial orders.

4. Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order value may apply for wholesale purchases. The minimum order quantity varies by product category and is subject to change. Contact our sales team for current MOQ requirements.

5. Prescription Requirements

Prescription medicines (Schedule H, H1, X drugs) are supplied only against valid prescriptions as per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules thereunder. It is the responsibility of the purchasing entity to maintain proper records of prescriptions.

6. Quality Assurance

All pharmaceutical products are sourced only from authorized distributors and manufacturers. We maintain proper storage conditions as per pharmacopeia requirements. However, once products leave our premises, proper storage and handling becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Regulatory Compliance

CHATTERJEE DISTRIBUTORS operates in full compliance with:

  • Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940
  • Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945
  • Pharmacy Act, 1948
  • GST Act and applicable tax laws
  • All directions from CDSCO and State Drug Authorities

8. Liability Limitations

CHATTERJEE DISTRIBUTORS shall not be liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Misuse or dispensing errors by the purchasing entity
  • Issues arising from non-compliance by the customer
  • Force majeure events affecting supply or delivery

9. Order Cancellation

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled except at the sole discretion of CHATTERJEE DISTRIBUTORS. Cancellation fees may apply for confirmed orders.

10. Pricing

All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable will be the price at the time of order confirmation.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nadia, West Bengal.

12. Changes to Terms

CHATTERJEE DISTRIBUTORS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
