Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Lost in transit
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or Expired product received

Approved refunds will be processed & credited within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Return Policy

• Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Approved returns will be replaced within 2-3 business days.
• Replacements are expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
